Rachel Eleanor Brown is a Vermont tattoo artist and oil painter, born 1991.

​​

As a student growing up in Arlington, VT her paintings were shown at Bennington Museum, as well as Southern VT Art Center (SVAC) where she remains an artist member today. 

​

In 2009, she was awarded a scholarship by Teen Vogue/Target/Council of Fashion Designers of America and studied at Parsons the New School for Design in NYC.  She moved to Brattleboro, VT and pursued her apprenticeship and career in tattooing with Strange Brew Tattoo in 2011.

 

She exhibited "Women in Punk" at Harmony Collective Artist Gallery in Brattleboro, VT in 2023.  

 

She is currently creating new work to capture scenes from hiking her home state.  She tattoos by-appointment in Westminster, VT.
