Rachel Eleanor Brown is a Vermont tattoo artist and oil painter, born 1991.

​

In 2009, she was awarded a scholarship by Teen Vogue/Target/Council of Fashion Designers of America and studied at Parsons the New School for Design in NYC.  She then pursued her apprenticeship in tattooing, trained by Jon Whitman, which led to opening Strange Brew Tattoo in 2011. 

Her paintings have been shown at Southern VT Art Center and Bennington Museum.

She exhibited "Women in Punk" at Harmony Collective Artist Gallery in Brattleboro, VT in 2023.  She is currently creating new work.
